Ms. Vance graduated Summa Cum Laude from Portland State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in criminology. She went on to attend Cal Northern School of Law in Chico, California where she earned a Masters degree in Legal Studies and a Juris Doctorate degree. She currently sits as Trustee on the board of Trustees at Cal Northern School of Law. Ms. Vance worked as a social worker for 16 years prior to attending law school. Prior to becoming an attorney, Tiffany performed tax preparation and tax planning services as an Enrolled Agent. Through her Enrolled Agent Credential, she developed a strong background in tax and tax law which allows her to have a unique perspective on the law and tax law with respect to tax planning, estate planning, and business planning.

Edvard Nazaryan practices primarily in the areas of Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Personal Injury.. After practicing in Los Angeles, Mr. Nazaryan has moved to the Sacramento Area and brought with him energy and enthusiasm which he applies to every matter he works on.

Chien-Yu (Michael) Wang is the Managing Attorney at Wilner and O'Reilly's Sacramento office. He handles both family and business based immigration matters along with removal defense.
