I am a 30 year veteran of the United States Navy. I retired as a Captain. I went to law school to fulfill a lifelong passion and now I am working hard to protect the rights of those in need of legal help and navigating through our excellent, though complex legal system.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Tiffany performed tax preparation and tax planning services as an Enrolled Agent. Through her Enrolled Agent Credential, she developed a strong background in tax and tax law which allows her to have a unique perspective on the law and tax law with respect to tax planning, estate planning, and business planning.

I have represented clients in employment matters since 1988. This includes cases in State Court, Federal Court, the Civil Service Commission, the California State Personnel Board, and private arbitrations pursuant to arbitration agreements. We are very proud of our success rate, in handling these cases for employees.

Judith Goodman focuses her practice on immigration law, including deportation defense, family visas, and citizenship. She is knowledgeable and experienced in these areas and in the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. Judith received her law degree from the University of California at Berkeley and spent her first 3 years as a lawyers assisting judges. She then worked in a civil law firm, and has been concentrating on immigration since 2002. Judith speaks Spanish fluently, and the majority of her clients are Spanish-speakers, but she assists clients of all nationalities.

With nearly a decade of personal injury experience, Seth is passionate about providing strong representation to the Sacramento community. Seth’s passion for representing personal injury victims stems from his own experience. In 2007, Seth was a victim of a significant drunk driving accident. He was seriously injured when the driver ran a red light and T-boned him at 55 MPH. Thankfully, Seth’s attorney helped him by handling all the aspects of his case and relieving Seth of the stress of the personal injury litigation process.
