I audit businesses for compliance with federal and state employment laws, develop preventive policies, handbooks, employment agreements, and other employment documents to avoid employment claims and litigation. In my litigation practice, I draft pleadings and law in motion, conduct depositions, and attend hearings.

After growing up in Carmel, Indiana, Jonathan Cothran attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN where he received a B.A. in Law & Society. Three years later, Mr. Cothran received his concurrent M.B.A. and J.D. from Argosy University and Western State University College of Law in Orange County, California.
