Matthew is an associate trial attorney with practice areas focusing on plaintiffs-side employment discrimination, wrongful termination, elder abuse, medical malpractice, and personal injury. Matthew is a graduate of Southwestern Law School's SCALE, two-year J.D. program. During law school, he externed for a judge in federal District Court and for an assistant city attorney. He graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology, and earned a Master's Degree in Education while working as a public school teacher and leader in Los Angeles.

Linda Elihu joined the firm in 2016 after graduating from UCLA School of Law with a Business Law and Policy Specialization. She also attended UCLA for her undergraduate studies where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in History. Prior to joining Jacoby & Meyers, Ms. Elihu gained practical experience performing legal work on issues covering police brutality, civil rights, products liability, and medical malpractice.
