I have represented people from all over the world and have been able to win asylum cases before the EOIR, the BIA and several courts of appeal. Many are precedent decisions. Before founding H&S, Michael Sacchetto worked for several years at one of the premier medical malpractice defense firms in the country. Mr. Sacchetto earned an excellent reputation as a remarkable litigator while defending a variety of healthcare professionals in all types of medical malpractice actions. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Sacchetto earned his bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of La Verne, graduating summa cum laude.
