Elena D'Agustino, a Solano County Deputy Public Defender since 1998 was promoted to Chief Deputy Public Defender on October 3, 2010. D'Agustino supervises the Vallejo Public Defender office. Graham is a native Californian, raised in Ojai, but since 2009, has made the Bay Area his home. Graham received his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. There he double-majored in Economics and East Asian Studies and was a co-captain of the NCAA Div. III baseball team. Graham applies much of what he learned prior to law school to his legal career.
