Doug Blegen is a corporate, tax, and estate planning lawyer who also has experience as a litigator. His practice focuses on the needs of closely-held businesses and professional practices, and of their principals. Nathaniel Krautkramer has practiced law in Wausau, Wisconsin for over 11 years.
