I also work with business owners who want to start, buy, operate, or sell a business or a commercial real estate property.

I am the senior shareholder in Coplen & Banks, PC. I have been practicing law for approximately 35 years, with extensive experience in commercial, insurance, family, probate and personal injury litigation. Because of my education background, my practice is 50% litigation and 50% business transactions, wills, trust and probate.

He then took a position with the Texas Finance Commission from 2009 to 2010 where he enforced financial regulations against various types of lenders. In early 2010, Sam returned to private practice in the commercial litigation firm of Fernelius Alvarez PLLC.
