Keith is admitted to practice law in the federal Northern District of Oklahoma and all State courts in Oklahoma. He sits on the board of Operation Aware. Keith was born in Dallas and grew up in Connecticut. He lettered twice on the local varsity rugby team and was a radio disk-jockey. Thomas has been practicing law since 1994 and has been a former Trust Officer for over 8 years and a former judge of the district court for over 13 years. Thomas K. Baldwin is concentrating his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Business law and Criminal law.

I re-entered private practice after serving the past five years as a Judge of the District Court of Kay and Noble County, Oklahoma. I am in general practice of law with no special area of emphasis.
