Keith is admitted to practice law in the federal Northern District of Oklahoma and all State courts in Oklahoma. He sits on the board of Operation Aware. Keith was born in Dallas and grew up in Connecticut. He lettered twice on the local varsity rugby team and was a radio disk-jockey. Allison Garrett is Of Counsel with the national law firm of Spencer Fane. She is admitted to practice in both Oklahoma and Arkansas, and made the top score on the Arkansas bar exam. Garrett has been the Vice President and General Counsel for Walmart's corporate-level legal services, a university president and the chancellor over the Oklahoma higher education system.
