Ed has been practicing real estate and general business law for over 50 years. Before engaging as a sole practitioner in 2008, he spent a combined 36 years with two major Cleveland law firms and 8 years as General Counsel for Western Reserve Land Conservancy. In addition to the general practice areas of real estate and business law he has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating conservation easements and other land protection instruments.
