I enjoy working with clients to seek a just resolution of their dispute. Sometimes disputes can only be resolved by engaging the legal process through the courts, which I routinely do when necessary. My practice is concentrated on business ownership and control disputes, real estate and construction disputes (liens, payment and performance bonds, defective work claims, mediation and arbitration), summary ejectment and eviction proceedings, employment disputes, personal injury, and contract disputes.
