Thomas E. Napolitano holds a BA degree from Georgetown University. He received his basic law degree (J.D. cum laude) from New York University (NYU) where he received a Founder’s Day award and was a member of the Order of the Coif, a national legal honor society. Mr. Napolitano received a Masters in Law (LLM in taxation) from NYU. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1972.

Anthony L. Velasquez, Esquire, is a NJ real estate and foreclosure attorney. He is in-house counsel for a real estate investment and management company in New Jersey focusing on tax lien investments, multi-family complexes and healthcare facilities throughout the northeast.
