Marc is a former Kansas Securities Commissioner, now practicing securities, banking, financial and investment law. He holds J.D. and LL.M. (banking & financial law) degrees from Boston University School of Law, and an M.B.A. from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.

Robert is a battle-tested trial lawyer with over a decade of experience practicing in the State of Kansas. He is experienced and proficient as a criminal law trial attorney, qualified under the Kansas Administrative Regulations to handle court-appointed criminal cases of all severity levels.
