Al Domanskis' legal career began in 1977 as a law clerk for the Honorable Edwin A. Robson of the United States Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Since that time, he has represented hundreds of businesses including partnerships, corporations, LLC's and individuals in business transactions. These include: acquisition and sales, financing, business planning and litigation if necessary.

Al also has extensive experience in real estate transactions and real estate financing, leasing and zoning. The firm also has a large estate planning practice.

I have practiced law for more than 40 years, concentrating in trials, appeals, arbitrations and mediations in a wide variety of matters such as contract disputes, fraud claims, employment issues, investment disputes, partnership issues, personal injury, homeowners association, collections and many other types of disputes. I graduated from the University of Chicago Law School and also have a MBA degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
