Greg practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and appeals. He has represented individuals, financial institutions, and commercial enterprises in a variety of commercial, construction, landlord-tenant, employment, financial, insurance, and real estate disputes in state and federal trial courts. In 2011, Greg helped three different clients obtain jury verdicts that led to judgments of over $1 million.

I primarily counsel clients in real estate, estate planning and estate administration matters. In my real estate practice, I advise buyers, sellers and real estate brokers through all phases of purchase, sale and lease transactions. I have guided many clients through the nuances of loan modifications, short sales and foreclosures, and have settled or renegotiated tens of millions of dollars in loan obligations.
