In personal, academic, and professional aspects of my life, I have always had an interest in international and cultural affairs. As a child of Turkish and Mexican parents, I was reared in a multi-cultural household, resulting in my conversational use of Spanish and Turkish languages. Walter F. Wiggins, Jr. received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University in 1983 with majors in Political Science and History. Wiggins received "Honors at Entrance" status and was awarded the Jesuit Community Scholarship.
