Thomas McIntosh has practiced for more than 30 years trying well over 100 jury and bench trials. He graduated from Occidental College receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree and then American College of Law graduating with honors while receiving his Juris Doctorate. He was admitted to the California bar in 1988, and the Federal bar in 1989.

My practice concentrates on family law as well cross-over family law and immigration issues. I am fluent in the English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages. I am reasonably flexible with my work schedule to accommodate working clients.

Jeff Grotke has successfully litigated in family law, including successfully defending against a claim of marital fraud, and has prevailed at trial in a claim of marital fraud and abuse of an elderly person. He has extensive experience with loan modifications, including post-foreclosure defense, bankruptcy actions, and other loan modification litigation. Personal injury cases are also about one-third of his practice, including auto-collision cases.

Mr. Rogers is a litigator and trial lawyer, whose primary emphasis is employment disputes wrongful termination and discrimination, eminent domain, major personal injuries, civil litigation and independent sales representatives litigation. Mr. Rogers has a blend of facilitative skills and hands-on leadership experience that makes him ideally suited as a litigation attorney, negotiator and mediator. He divides his time between the firm’s main office in downtown Los Angeles and the firm’s branch office in San Pedro.

Since 1976 our firm has handled Condominium Collection for both commercial owners' associations and homeowners' associations, represented insurance companies in collections of costs awarded in favor of their successfully representation at trial, defended American with Disability Act (ADA) cases, handled numerous Relief from the Automatic Stay matters in all of the Bankruptcy Courts throughout California as well as other Adversary or Creditor matters in Bankruptcy Court, handled numerous civil appeals in both State and Federal Court, represented a firm in a collection matter as a member of the Southern District of Indiana, tried numerous bench and jury trials in both...
