This includes entity formation and dissolutions, contract drafting and other day to day events, as well as web site review for privacy and compliance issues) for individuals to small/medium size companies. I am also an estate planner, drafting Wills, Trusts and Power of Attorney documents, as well as work in probate matters.

Steven D. Kramar's practice concentrates on small businesses, the selection and formation of business entities such as partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies, the management and contract issues they encounter, including litigation, as well as matters involving the personal affairs of principals such as estate planning (trusts and wills) and probate and trust administration.
