I attended Cal Lutheran University and the University of Oregon School of Law before establishing Bartlett & Herrington. Bartlett & Herrington is a general practice law firm located in the central California coastal town of Carpinteria. Katy then transitioned to a large Fresno firm where she focused on business and real estate litigation, land use, and many aspects of probate and estate litigation.
