I am an Oklahoma lawyer that specializes in civil litigation and personalized estate planning. My firm is focused on providing representation and legal advice to clients in a way that is both professional and human. I strive to make sure that I meet both the legal needs of my clients as well as educational needs. I make sure my clients know what they are signing and make every effort to meet with them and explain the process in a way that a normal person can understand. I am an Arkansas native married to my high-school sweetheart and we have 4 wonderful, small children. I chose to focus on the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Guardianships, and Business Formation after my father passed away while I was in law school. Fortunately, because my parents had completed their estate planning, we, as a family, were able to focus on honoring my father’s memory rather than having to worry about my father’s property and his estate. This experience inspired me to be able to provide this same peace of mind to other families.

Have participated in numerous types of cases involving personal injuries, construction disputes and injuries, financial cases and class actions. Have also assisted people in pro bono matters and those without access to funds or legal representation.

I have also mentored younger persons and law students for legal development and awareness of the changing areas in law.
