George Smith is a third-generation Arizonan who has been practicing law throughout the state since 1997. Mr. Smith attended Arizona State University, earning his bachelor’s degree in 1992 and his law degree from Arizona State University in 1996. He has been with Berk & Moskowitz since 2000. Karen practices in the area of commercial litigation. Her civil litigation practice began in 1992, as an associate attorney at O'Connor Cavanagh. In 1996, she joined the Viad Corp Law Department where she reviewed, drafted and negotiated commercial and real estate contracts. Karen left Viad to raise her daughters, then returned to her current litigation practice in 2013. Over the years, she has volunteered in the Paradise Valley Unified School District on many levels: in the classroom, in the PTA, and on various district committees. Karen has also served as an Auxiliary Board Member of Kivel Campus of Care.
