John Menszer has been practicing civil law in New Orleans since 1993. He has helped hundreds achieve greater financial security through filing Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy. He also handles real estate issues and probate and estate problems. In 1995, he was the recipient of the Special Humanitarian Award of the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities for his word preserving the stories of Holocaust survivors.

Kirk Myers has been practicing in Louisiana, since 1990 and received a Masters in Law from Tulane University in 1991. Mr. Myers’ practice is limited exclusively to Bankruptcy and he has multiply offices. Over the last 30 years, he has filed over 5,000 cases He has taught multiply bankruptcy seminars to other attorneys over the years and has actively assisted the Bankruptcy Court in creating the forms and plans currently used today.

I founded DeT Law Firm, LLC, in New Orleans, to assist good, local individuals and businesses struggling with tough times. Through my years of practice, I have taken great pride in helping individuals facing odds that have been stacked against them. Born in Lake Charles and raised in Shreveport, Joey Greenwald Jr. has practiced criminal and civil law in Louisiana and Mississippi for nearly twenty years. Since graduating from Mississippi College of Law in 1997, Joey has developed an extensive portfolio of legal services through his work as a Caddo Parish criminal prosecutor and as a civil litigator with case experience in personal injury claims, successions, bankruptcy, oil and gas law and many other fields.
