Mrs. Cross has been practicing law since 2000. Mrs. Cross handles the Georgia and Alabama bankruptcies for our firm. She also has a vast knowledge in Real Estate and Wills and Probates. Having admittance to practice law in both Alabama and Georgia, Mrs. Cross has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2000 and the Alabama State Bar since 2002. Mrs. Cross is a proud alumna of Auburn University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and received her Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Walter F. George Mercer University School of Law in 2000.

An Atlanta native..lived in Savannah since 1987...Graduated Cornell in 1978 ...graduated from Univ of Ga Law in 1981...I have always been active in business primarily and practicing law secondarily ...now that equation is changing.I enjoy a very general practice over a wide legal spectrum primarily by working with superior lawyers in specific areas. Jeremiah served as paralegal and law clerk with the firm of Gastin & Hill from 2011 through 2014 while working towards his law degree. Mr. Gastin graduated from law school in 2013 and was admitted to the Georgia State Bar in November, 2014 as well as to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia in December, 2014. Mr. Gastin is now an associate attorney in our firm and has experience representing clients in both State and Federal Courts, primarily with regards to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings.

Mr. Stephen L. Ivie, P.C. began his private practice of law in Ashburn, Georgia in 1974. In 1978, Mr. Ivie became corporate counsel for All American of Ashburn, Inc., a local mobile home manufacturer in the United States with over $100 million year in sales with 9 plants in 5 states. A large portion of the work for the mobile home manufacturer pertained to warranty claims, contracts and negotiations with account receivable lenders and state and federal government agencies. Daniel C. Jenkins graduated from the University of Georgia and Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law. He was accepted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2005, and is also a member of the Savannah Bar Association.

After receiving his degree, Mr. Jenkins spent almost seven years prosecuting statewide for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, Vanderbilt Mortgage, LLC, and several large local and national lending institutions and banks.
