After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida bar in 2008, Mr. Sanchez worked for a national consumer bankruptcy firm handling a large volume of chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. Mr. Sanchez has also handled a wide range of cases including personal injury matters.

In practice since 1989, our team has led the way in federal student loan discharges, stay violation sanctions and the Mortgage Modification Program in the Middle District of Florida. We teach modification across the country-ND CA, NV, AZ, SC, IL, and NY. We are proud to represent consumers and small businesses in their efforts to stay in their homes and keeping their commercial endeavors viable. To date, we have discharged more than $1.7 million in federal student loans and are going strong with the new guidance. We strive to be the best representation out there for the community.

Bellinson received his Doctor of Juris Prudence Degree from Tulane University School of Law where he served as president of his class and an editor of one of the school’s law journals. A student of international law, he also attended the Shanghai Institute of Law with a concentration on Chinese Trade Law.

Bellinson received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations and Psychology from the University of Arizona. His interest focused on the Eastern Block which brought him to study at the University of Salzburg in Austria.
