Falkner graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in education in 1997, He received a Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of law in in 2004, receiving the High Academic Achievement Award for first in his class. I graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen school of law in 2020. I started The Daughtrey Firm with the sole purpose of providing client-focused, affordable legal services to Saline County and Central Arkansas.

Have participated in numerous types of cases involving personal injuries, construction disputes and injuries, financial cases and class actions. Have also assisted people in pro bono matters and those without access to funds or legal representation.

I have also mentored younger persons and law students for legal development and awareness of the changing areas in law.

Sheldon Smith lives in Little Rock with his wife and three children and graduated from Covenant College in 1995 and The University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 2002. Mr. Smith is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Arkansas. His areas of practice include commercial litigation, personal injury, civil rights, wrongful death, and product liability.

Sara graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies in 2008. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the William H. Bowen School of Law in 2012. Sara earned the Top Paper in Advanced Legal Writing for her paper on the Arkansas DNA Statute as it applied to the West Memphis 3 case.
