Shad M. Brown, J.D., LLM, is a managing partner of the Brown Naegle Crider & Jensen Law Firm. Shad’s practice is concentrated in estate planning, tax planning, tax controversy and qualified domestic relation orders. Prior to forming Brown & Jensen, Shad was an attorney with the Dana Law Firm. It was there Shad established a premier tax practice for the firm involving complex tax planning and tax controversy resolution. James Bruce has practiced law in Phoenix Metropolitan and Glendale since 1978. He grew up and graduated high school in Rochester, New York. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Haverford College in 1973. He worked for the Pennsylvania Crime Commission in 1973 and 1974. He attended Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. from 1974 to 1977. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Georgetown in 1977.
