Jason Margolin represents businesses and individuals in resolving controversies through court proceedings, trials, alternative dispute resolutions, and administrative proceedings. He advocates for clients involved in both jury and non-jury actions, in state and federal court cases, as well as in arbitrations.

Attorney Jason Hutchinson, of Hutchinson Law, is a graduate of Florida Coastal School of Law located in Jacksonville and is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar, U.S. District Court-Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals-11th circuit. Through appellant advocacy, Mr. Hutchinson played a large role in forming paternity law in the Jacksonville area.

Kristi concentrates primarily on complex trial practice, representing international, national and local clients in the areas of False Claims Act and qui tam claims, government contracting, nursing home, product liability and medical malpractice defense. I attended West Virginia State College in 1997 on a baseball scholarship. Later, I transferred to Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) where I received a B.A. in Political Science and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2001. Prior to attending law school, I continued my education in History and Political Science at The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
