I serve exclusively as a certified mediator and arbitrator in civil litigation throughout the State of Florida, including personal injury and wrongful death, product liability, insurance coverage and property claims, commercial, real estate and nursing home cases. My experience is built on 34 years as a practicing litigator, prosecuting and defending cases from pre-suit through verdict and appeal, and includes attendance and negotiation at countless mediations and arbitrations.

Additionally, I represent the association in court in a wide variety of matters, such as disputes with owners, enforcement issues, or collecting past due assessments.
