Andrew Roger Corsberg specializes in Contract and Corporate Law and is based in WA State. He graduated from Gonzaga Law School in 2016 and is a member of the Washington State and American Bar associations. Andrew has administrated the successful formation and maintained compliance of thousands of LLCs, Corporations, and Non-profits across the United States. He joined Northwest Registered Agent in 2019, and spends his free time actively involved in his community and enjoys snowboarding, camping and playing with his dogs.

My practice is a general practice with a focus on family law, immigration and appellate work in Seattle, Washington. I have a working knowledge of Russian and German, which facilitates my work with members of the Russian community in the areas of family law and immigration. Tom Ehrlichman is a Washington land use and real estate attorney representing municipalities, tribes, churches, corporations and partnerships, landowners and neighbors. Tom was admitted to the Washington bar in 1991, earned his law degree from U.C. Berkeley Law, and received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University, with honors in History. He is a Washington native, married to Barbara Dykes Ehrlichman, has two grown children, and five grandchildren! He is a practicing musician, gardener and landscaper on five forested acres.
