As a former partner at one of San Francisco’s leading boutique white-collar criminal defense and civil litigation firms, Mr. Haller is an accomplished attorney dedicated to first-rate legal work. A graduate of Princeton University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Alexis Haller completed his bachelor of arts summa cum laude. He subsequently earned his juris doctor at Stanford Law School.

Breanna Cornwall is the firm’s founder and managing attorney. Since going into private practice, she has focused on representing clients involved in family law matters including divorce, military divorce, child custody, and spousal support.
