CARL R. SAMMARTINO graduated in 2002 from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science; in 2006 he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona. He joined Stubbs & Schubart, P. C., in 2008.

My practice focuses on all aspects of business litigation and dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. I have significant experience in addressing corporate and partnership disputes, contract disputes, real estate disputes, lending disputes, and unfair competition.
