Mr. Wyatt has practiced law since 1992. His life and educational experiences allow him to understand and communicate with people from all walks of life. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and trained as an electronics technician. He served aboard nuclear submarines and as an electronics instructor for six years. After leaving the Navy, he worked as a field engineer and technical writer. Mr. Wyatt then returned to college. I am a litigation focused attorney with experience defending clients throughout Alaska. My goal as an attorney is to get my clients the best possible outcome whether that is a negotiated settlement or contested hearing/trial. I have completed dozens of jury trials and handled hundreds of criminal matter ranging from traffic tickets to murder. As a workers' compensation attorney, I have negotiated and settled complex matters, prevailed at contested hearings, and argued cases before the Appeals Commission and Alaska Supreme Court. I have experience as both an insurance defense attorney and plaintiff attorney.
