I lead a team of legal professionals and oversee the day-to-day in-house counsel function. I regularly advises and supports senior executives and other business leaders on the full range of contractual, legal, regulatory, and corporate issues faced by a large, multi-location Alaskan business.

A graduate of the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State (1993) and Amherst College (1990), Jennifer has been practicing law in Alaska since 1993. Previously focusing on domestic relations (another difficult time for most people and a leading cause of bankruptcy) and appellate work, she now focuses primarily on debtor bankruptcy. Awarded a JD degree from the University of California, Hasting College of the Law in 1970. Admitted to the bar in Alaska, the United States District Court for the District of Alaska, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. I am a litigation focused attorney with experience defending clients throughout Alaska. My goal as an attorney is to get my clients the best possible outcome whether that is a negotiated settlement or contested hearing/trial. I have completed dozens of jury trials and handled hundreds of criminal matter ranging from traffic tickets to murder. As a workers' compensation attorney, I have negotiated and settled complex matters, prevailed at contested hearings, and argued cases before the Appeals Commission and Alaska Supreme Court. I have experience as both an insurance defense attorney and plaintiff attorney.

Mr. Wyatt has practiced law since 1992. His life and educational experiences allow him to understand and communicate with people from all walks of life. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and trained as an electronics technician. He served aboard nuclear submarines and as an electronics instructor for six years.
