I have been practicing law in Alabama for 20+ years. My practice is based on litigation of Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Alimony and Criminal cases. I handle cases in Municipal Courts, state Circuit courts, and federal court. I have represented individuals and businesses throughout the state of Alabama and the Southeast in Federal court. I have practiced trust and estate law in the Birmingham, Alabama area for over twenty-two years. I primarily help people who are dealing with problems involving trusts and estates. That means I do will contests, trust contests, and all other litigation regarding trusts and estates. This also means that I help my clients with trusts and estates when the disputes aren't what most would think of as "full-blown" litigation. Robert grew up in the Bessemer, Alabama area and graduated from Hueytown High School. After attending The University of Alabama, Robert earned his Juris Doctorate from Birmingham School of Law, where he was an honors graduate and a member of the Mock Trial Team.
