As a Deputy Attorney General under Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall, he played a key role in the state's fight against the opioid crisis, tackling the widespread consequences of overprescription, oversupply, and illegal distribution in local communities. Additionally, he has led high-stakes litigation against pornography companies to prevent them from profiting from sex trafficking and child exploitation. Through his dedication and advocacy, Josh remains committed to protecting Alabama’s future and standing up for those impacted by these crises.

Grace Prince joined Prince, Glover & Hayes as an attorney in January 2024, but her journey with the firm began in high school when she worked as a runner and later as a law clerk. During law school, she was a member of the American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition Team, coached by her father, Robert Prince, a Founding Partner of PGH.
