Zaher Fallahi, Attorney At Law
I am Zaher Fallahi, an attorney and CPA licensed in California and Washington D.C. I operate a Tax Law Firm and serve as a Tax Attorney in both Orange County and Los Angeles. My practice areas include advising clients on undisclosed foreign accounts, the IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program (OVDP), Streamlined Filing Compliance Procedures, Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), foreign gifts, tax audit representation, federal tax liens/levies, employment taxes, innocent spouse relief, non-filed tax returns, offer-in-compromise, estate planning, and probate.
I often testify before the court as a witness on tax matters. Additionally, I provide guidance to trial lawyers on creating tax-advantageous settlement agreements under the Internal Revenue Code, assist winning parties with the taxability of settlements and awards, and help losing parties with the tax deductibility of judgments and legal fees.
My clients hail from over 30 foreign countries and various states, and they are my most valuable assets. I am committed to zealously protecting their interests within the bounds of the law. I have been rated 10 out of 10 by Avvo and recognized as a TOP Tax Attorney. Notably, about 1.8% of U.S. lawyers are also CPAs, and I am proud to be among this select group.
As an OFAC Attorney, I also advise clients on the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Regulations, particularly regarding Iran OFAC License and legally transferring money from Iran.
My offices are located in Los Angeles at the US Bank Tower, Downtown, and in Orange County at South Coast Plaza, with nationwide audit representation available. For more information, you can visit my websites at zflegal.com and zfcpa.com, or contact me via email at taxattorney@zfcpa.com.
