Yohan is the Attorney of Center for U.S. Services (CFUIS) Bradenton Office. With about 60 years of combined experience in Immigration law, CFUIS provides immigration services to families and businesses. Yohan’ s goal is to help clients realize their dream of living in the United States.
Yohan speaks Spanish, Portuguese, French and Creole. His ability to speak various languages enables him to effectively assist immigrants from diverse background. Yohan is from the Caribbean Island of Guadeloupe and came to the U.S. as a student. He went through the immigration processes and personally knows how the immigration process can be very stressful, fearful and complicated. Yohan has a deep understanding of the complexity of immigration situations. Since he was a student, Yohan has volunteered and been helping immigrants.
With passion Yohan deliver customized, creative, and effective immigration solutions which address clients' specific needs. His objective is to ensure you have the best chance of success right from the beginning. Yohan provides legal advice with integrity and honesty, and explain to his clients the strategy that is most likely to succeed. Yohan puts his clients' interest first whatever the type of cases (family or business immigration) he is working on. He has gained trust from the immigrant communities to assist them in their immigration processes. Yohan represents clients in Bradenton/Palmetto/Sarasota area and all over the world.
Yohan has a Master’s degree in Litigation Law from the University of Antilles in Guadeloupe. He also has a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law. Yohan is licensed and admitted to the Arizona State Supreme Court. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.

- Q. How long I need to wait to get the welcome letter from NVC?
- A: After USCIS approves the petition, NVC generally will take up to 90 days for the immigrant visa case creation. This is sent by email or mail (if no email is on file) and contains the NVC Case Number and Invoice ID Number. Sometimes, the case creation takes few weeks, sometimes it takes longer. If you have not received the Invoice ID Number within 90 days, contact NVC. You may still reach out to NVC before 90 days.
- Q. Reentry to the US with pending Consular Processing and F1 visa
- A: You can travel outside the country, however, there is no guarantee that you will be granted admission into the US. If you are questioned by CBP officers, you may need to explain your situation. They may find out that you have a pending DS-260 and therefore an immigration intent. In this case, they may deny you entry for not having the required intent to return to your home country upon completion of your studies. It is a risk to travel outside the US and come back; upon return you may be questioned or may not.
- Q. I am a US naturalized citizen father and my biological child has a US passport can my child lose citizenship?
- A: Your child will not lose his/her citizenship if you live abroad for a long time with your child. If your child passport expires, it will not be considered having lost citizenship. You can renew the passport of your child at the US embassy while living abroad. This would avoid any issues when your child travels back to the U.S. I suggest you take a look at the required documentation for renewal of US passport at the US embassy or Consulate in Mexico.
