Q. Can a buyer back out of a real estate agreement after closing
A: Not in New York you can't, perhaps absent some overwhelming fraud perpetrated by the Seller.

A: If what you stated is entirely accurate, you should alert the local Prosecutor’s Office that a crime was committed.
