- Q. How can I enforce a court order to unfreeze my TSP account?
- A: I would suggest filing a motion for civil contempt and enforcement of the court order. In that motion you can advise the court of how the order is being violated.
- Q. Timeframe for evidence submission in Florida family law trial
- A: The time frame will be specified in your pretrial and trial order. If the order state 6 days and the documents were given in 3 days and the individual need more time to review, that should be brought to the court's attention either by emailing the court or informing the court as soon as trial begins.
- Q. Which state has jurisdiction over my custody agreement originally from New York and now contested in Florida?
- A: That is going to depend on which state entered the original order of custody. Don't focus on agreement. Focus on custody order. Under UCCJEA the original court has jurisdiction until they release/give up jurisdiction.
