Biography
I joined Chambers Law Firm in February 2023, bringing with me a strong background in criminal defense. After earning a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston in 2016, I went on to complete my Juris Doctor at the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2019.
My legal career began at the Richland County Public Defender’s Office, where I had the opportunity to advocate for underserved clients. I later transitioned into private practice at David Aylor Law Offices in Myrtle Beach. After the passing of David Aylor, I continued my dedication to justice by joining Chambers Law Firm.

About Our Practice FAQs
Criminal Law
- Q: How do you (Tyler Silvestro) support a client during this stressful process?
- A: I understand that being involved in a criminal case can be one of the most stressful and uncertain times in a person’s life, and I take the time to ensure my clients feel heard. Clear and open communication with my clients is critical. I know that enduring the weight of fighting a pending case can have a profound emotional and personal impact on my clients, and I strive to make every client feel comfortable while offering as much emotional support as possible during these often difficult times.
DUI & DWI
- Q: How many DUI cases have you (Tyler Silvestro) handled in this jurisdiction?
- A: I've successfully represented hundreds of clients charged with DUI, whether they be first-time offenders or repeat offenders facing more serious penalties. After working on so many of these types of cases, my experience has allowed me to develop a keen understanding of the specific strategies that work in DUI cases and the nuanced issues and challenges that arise.
Traffic Tickets
- Q: Can you (Tyler Silvestro) handle criminal matters related to traffic violations, or would you refer those to another attorney?
- A: I personally handle virtually all types of traffic tickets issued in Horry County, SC. I try my best to spare my clients from being required to appear in traffic court and most often am able to arrange to go to court on their behalf so they don't need to take unnecessary time away from their work, families, and busy schedules. Most clients call me for help with traffic tickets to avoid the points associated with a conviction, and I've have incredible success in achieving that goal for a vast majority of my clients.
Personal Injury
- Q: What is the most important piece of advice you (Tyler Silvestro) would give to someone who has recently been injured?
- A: If you've recently been injured, the most important advice I can give is to seek medical attention immediately and to contact an attorney as soon as possible. Also, always make sure to tell the doctors and nurses that you are seeing them due to an injury you sustained in the accident or incident you suffered.
