Prior experience practicing over a decade at AMLaw 50 Firms in DC, London, Dubai and Shanghai, completing cross-border transactions, international securities offerings, private placements and public offerings on foreign exchanges in Europe, the Middle East and Asia and SEC-registered offering on the NYSE and NASDAQ. Advisory Board Member to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
A key player on a number of trade journal awarded transactions, representing public and private companies in a variety of acquisitions and divestitures. Frequently counsels domestic and international issuers on their ongoing compliance obligations under US securities laws, general corporate governance matters, structuring finance transactions and best practices.
