Thomas Kreger

As the owner and founder of Kreger Brodish LLP, I take the work we do here seriously. I believe strongly in easy communication between attorneys and clients, high quality legal work done quickly and efficiently, and especially in successful outcomes for our clients. After graduating from college, I worked for four years as a claims adjuster for Progressive Insurance in Raleigh, North Carolina. While at Progressive, I saw how often the lack of good representation harmed people in their fight against large corporations. This experience led me to go to night law school while continuing my work in the insurance field. Upon graduating with highest honors from law school, I worked briefly for Mayer Brown, LLP, a large Chicago-based law firm, doing banking and finance legal work. I quickly realized that banking and finance work was not fulfilling my desire for working directly with clients who needed immediate and personalized help. So in 2010, I started my own law firm in Durham, North Carolina in an effort to use my experience in the insurance and banking fields to support my clients to the best of my ability.

I now work primarily in the fields of personal injury, vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and other forms of civil litigation. With four years of direct experience in the insurance industry and nine years of experience as an attorney fighting insurance companies, I have helped thousands of people struggling to be fairly compensated for their personal injuries and property damage. I truly believe that having a hard-working, experienced attorney on your side can be a great equalizer in your fight against insurance companies and large corporations.
