Mr. Ratliff has imbibed the same passion for upholding justice as a student as he practices now, serving various law firms and positions to provide legal assistance to indigents in different areas of representation.
A member of the New Jersey bar Association, he has over 10 years of experience leading counsel on multiple jury trials ranging from federal criminal charges, personal injury and mass tort litigation, mediation, and arbitration processes to settlement agreements.
Mr. Ratliff has represented defendants in felony-level criminal cases with a proven history of success in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Federal Court for the District of New Jersey.
