Tammy D. Repaso
Experienced attorney helping families through some of the most difficult times
Tammy Repaso is committed to helping individuals and their families plan their futures, and through Marler Law Partners, she is able to assist them through divorce, child custody, and also protecting their assets and planning for the aging process utilizing a variety of estate planning techniques.
Tammy is an advocate for her clients, helping them navigate the ins and outs of the legal matters they are facing. She has assisted numerous individuals in preserving assets in both divorce and probate/estate planning matters.
“In both family law and estate planning, I have seen firsthand the obstacles and unnecessary stress individuals and their families experience because important legal decisions were made based on misinformation,” Tammy said. “Many people failed to make decisions consistent with their goals because they simply did not understand their options. I want to educate individuals on options that may be available to them, so they can make educated decisions.”
Tammy is licensed in the states of Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, North Carolina, and Minnesota, but is only actively practicing law in the state of Missouri.
