Sydnee Mack Attorney at Law is a boutique law firm that specializes in Sports & Entertainment, Small Business and Trademarks. Attorney Mack is highly experienced in the areas of contract drafting, review and negotiation, risk management, business formation/compliance and trademark filing/portfolio management. She is committed to helping athletes, entertainers, creatives, side-hustlers, dreamers, sports businesses and small businesses build and protect strong brands and companies.
In addition to her work as a law firm owner and operator, Attorney Mack is an author and law professor. She is author of 10 Steps to StartUP, a fun, easy-to-read, legal and business strategy resource for entrepreneurs interested in taking their business goals to the next level. Attorney Mack also currently serves as an adjunct professor of law at the Georgia State University College of Law where she teaches the business and legal aspects of Sport through her Sports Law class.
