Stuart J Taylor
Senior Associate at Lee Kiefer & Park
Stuart J. Taylor is a Senior Associate and trial attorney with Lee Kiefer & Park’s litigation group. Although he has extensive experience prosecuting and defending tort and business litigation matters, Stuart’s practice primarily focuses on estate and trust litigation—including all pre-litigation and litigation matters. He is admitted to practice in both federal and state courts in Nevada.
Originally from Kennewick, Washington, Stuart graduated from Brigham Young University–Idaho with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Philosophy and Portuguese. Stuart obtained his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU, where he was a three-year recipient of the Charles E. Jones tuition scholarship. As a law student, Stuart served as the Lead Editor of the BYU Education & Law Journal and competed as a member of the Trial Advocacy Team. He also clerked for the BYU Office of the General Counsel and for the 4th District of Utah.
Prior to joining Lee Kiefer & Park, Stuart worked at a large litigation firm in Las Vegas, where he defended clients in mass tort and complex business litigation cases. He has successfully litigated numerous multi-million-dollar disputes and consistently obtains favorable settlements for his clients.
Stuart is fluent in Portuguese. In his free time, Stuart enjoys spending time with his wife and four sons, reading American literature, mountain biking, hiking, and coaching his kids in baseball.
