In 1994, founder Stephen Scalli knew there was a better way to help people who suffered traumatic injury or were accused of a crime. At that time, and unfortunately still true today, many lawyers and law firms put their needs ahead of their clients. Many firms had no empathy for the people and families they represented. Most importantly they could not be bothered to answer a client’s questions or keep a client advised on the status of the case.
