Stefanie P. Wagner

Attorney Stefanie Wagner is a partner with CJMM. Attorney Wagner’s practice includes all aspects of family law, including divorce, paternity, adoptions, maintenance, property and debt division, child custody and placement, and child support. She knows that family law issues go beyond the law and affect you at a very personal and emotional level.

Attorney Wagner understands that divorce is more than just the end, because it is also the beginning of your new life. She handles all aspects of divorce and family law issues. She takes the time to get to know her clients to appreciate their goals and objectives while giving solid legal advice they can rely on. She also serves as a Guardian ad Litem for minor children in Columbia County and Juneau County, and she prosecutes children in need of protection or services (“CHIPS”) and truancy matters.

Attorney Wagner is a 2011 graduate of Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she gained practical experience in the Child Advocacy Law Clinic. Before law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin—Oshkosh in 2008.

In addition to practicing law in Sauk County and the surrounding communities, Attorney Wagner is also involved with the Wisconsin State Bar as a Member of the Family Law Section, the Juvenile Law Section, and the Greater Wisconsin Initiative Rural Workgroup.

She is also engaged in the Baraboo community where she lives with her family and serves as a member of the Baraboo Young Professionals and a Board Member for the Baraboo Area Chamber of Commerce. She is married to her high school sweetheart and stays busy with her two young children. In her free time, Attorney Wagner enjoys being outside and hiking at state parks, reading historical biographies, and cheering on the Milwaukee Brewers.
