- A: We work with clients of all sizes, from solo entrepreneurs to established enterprises, in various industries. We also work with businesses at all stages, from start ups to IPO or M&A exit, and we work with investors, executives, inventors, and employees.

- A: There are a variety of matters to consider in settlement, but we always ensure to advise our clients of the basic cost benefit comparison of settlement versus legal fees to ensure that our client make not only informed legal decisions but also informed business decisions about litigation.

- A: We have various fee structures including flat rates, hourly fees, hybrid models, and we do very select pro bono and contingency cases as well.
